Smoothie Recipes using Berries from Wellsmith.ph’s Berry Troop
The Berry Troop consists of 1 KG Blueberry, Strawberry, Raspberry and Blackberry. Special mix of your favorite berries to suit your intentional lifestyle.
Mix 1 Cup Mixed berries and 2 Bananas top it with mixed berries, cashew and fresh mint.
Mix 1 cup strawberries & raspberries, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp flax seeds and 2 Bananas top it with blueberries, blackberries, 1 kiwi and cashews.
Mix 1 cup strawberries and 3 bananas top it with 1 Banana, Cashews, Blueberries, Blackberries and Goji Berries.
Smoothie Drink No Banana!
Mix 2 cups mixed berries and 1/4 cup water (or milk) top it with a handful of cashews. The soaked cashews you get at the end is on a whole new level.
